HOW DO OWNERS ACCESS NISSAN CONCIERGE?

To gain access, owners must have an active subscription to NissanConnect® Services. They can then connect to Nissan Concierge from their vehicle by pressing the headset icon on the map screen or connecting to the voice menu under the NissanConnect® Services menu.

They can also access Nissan Concierge using these methods:

  • Compatible smartphone
  • Compatible smartwatch
  • NissanConnect® Services Skill with Amazon Alexa™
  • NissanConnect® Services Action on Google
  • Calling 888-774-1411 from their registered phone number
  • Sending a text message to 88635 from their registered number

DOES NISSAN CONCIERGE COST EXTRA?

The first six months of Nissan Concierge are complimentary from the initial date of lease or purchase as part of the NissanConnect® Services Convenience or Premium package. After that, owners can enroll in the:

  • Convenience Package for $8.00 per month
  • Premium Package for $12.99 per month, which includes all NissanConnect® Services features
