REQUIREMENTS & INFORMATION
Proof of Insurance – All renters are required to provide minimum liability insurance as required by state law, driver/renter must be insured on policy.
Valid Driver’s License – All renters and additional drivers must present a valid driver’s license.
Age Restrictions –Â All drivers must be at least 24 years of age at the time of the rental transaction.
Payment Options –Â Tom Peacock Nissan accepts Credit Cards and Debit Cars (with Visa or MasterCard logo). Cash, prepaid cards, and gift cards are NOT accepted. Name on credit/debit card must match name on Driver’s License.
Debit Card Rentals –Â Tom Peacock Nissan offers the option to rental a vehicle using a debit card. For debit card renters a refundable $250.00 deposit is required. A 3-day minimum rental duration may be required for debit card renters.
Deposits –Â Deposit required for debit card renters. Please call us for details.
Change or Cancellation – Tom Peacock Nissan requires a 24 hour notice of cancellation. Please call us to change or cancel your reservation.
Mileage Restrictions – Mileage is unlimited when vehicle remains in the State of Texas.
Out of State –Â Tom Peacock Nissan does not offer out of state use of rental vehicles.
Tolls and Fines –Â Renters is responsible for all toll charges, fines and parking tickets incurred while renting a vehicle from Tom Peacock Nissan. An administration fee may be applied. All outstanding fees and fines will be charged to the customer’s payment method on file.
