Wow, I have proof showing that I was approved for a vehicle.I get there.They say that I put the wrong information in there.So yesterday I had to walk all the way from houston to trinity , texas yeah, one other thing, the truck that I did pick out.They asked me to come in.I came in a chuck, wasn't even ready.It hasn't even made it to the mechanic.So why asked me to come in if the truck wasn't even ready

Customer service was Great Khamani was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Khamani offered finance options to get recommended services.
They’re very concerned about your car maintenance. Mr. Oswaldo Martinez walk me through the other maintenance I need on my car. He was concerned about the other maintenance I needed. I told him I will make sure I get it done. I loved his customer service.
I had a really good service advisor Khamani Bowie very knowledgeable and help me understand what was going to happen on my visit. I felt well taken care of. No surprises.

They're blowing up my phone asking me to.Please come to the appointment calling me a lot.however when I get here, I was told something completely different. I must be totally honest. Tom Pop Peacock Nissan is the best Nissan dealership in Houston, maybe all of Texas!
The service was excellent and the efficiency for which the service was completed was outstanding. What impressed me most was their honesty. The multi point inspection was done honestly from all points.
I have a complain about the service Dept . I brought my 2025 Nissian Kicks in due to me hearing something under the drivers side and all the Service manager said that it wasn't nothing wrong but here it is December and my car is still making the noise and been in the shop for 2 days. Is it that they think that women don't know anything about cars. I just what someone to find the problem and fix it before something major happens.
I can't say enough on the customer service and care that I received while waiting on my car to be serviced. The serviceman would inform me of my car care step by step and ask did I have any additional questions concerning my car.. I was totally satisfied upon leaving with a freshly wash car to boot.
Service department did an excellent job taking care of the issue. Daniell did a fantastic job

This dealership surprise me they are so courteous and a gentleman that waited on me. I gave him a number one that young man is gonna be great.
Dealt with Darren which is a complete liar. Told him I didn’t want my credit pulled a 100 times to just do a soft pull and he said ok. 10 minutes later I am getting alert after alert after alert with the credit bureaus with nothing but hard pulls on my credit. Even know I was approved I would not buy a car from them because they are dishonest people.

Bought a 2024 Nissan Sentra from Tom Peacock Nissan.... They offered 4 oil changes included with the deal, now they said they are not doing free oil changes anymore and don't want to honor our agreement. Very disappointed. I talked to Service and Sales and they are playing the ball with me making me talked to them back and forth. Left messages for the manager to contact me but nothing happens. Didn't expect anything like this. Sad.
Customer service was excellent my service manager was very helpful his name is Rick. The shuttle was also a nice touch did not have to wait at the dealership until my vehicle was ready.

I did not have the pleasure of visiting the sales department but the service department was great.
The part I needed to repair, my car was on backorder.. The alternator for my 2018 Nissan Maxima was on backorder and the cost of the labor to repair my car was to high double the labor cost $1200 to install an alternator

Main problem with my vehicle repaired in a timely manner. Ordered part required 1 1/2 day for completion. Costly repair for 55k miles on my vehicle (1200$)! Is my only complaint! Need a dependable vehicle. Too much time spent in repair shop!
